  • DAY 03: MUNNAR TO ALLEPPEY HOUSE BOAT

    Morning Breakfast, check out from Hotel, drive to Alleppey and embark on your private houseboat and cruise on the Backwaters, a splendid area full of canals, lakes and coves. Your houseboats or 'Kettuvalloms' are luxurious boats with well-appointed bedrooms and bathrooms. The meals will be served in the boat at free of coast.

    After Breakfast, we proceed for a city tour of Munnar visiting Mattupetty dam, Tata Tea museum, Echo point and Eravikulam National Park.

    Mattupetty Dam: Located near Munnar in Idukki District, is a storage Concrete Gravity dam built in the mountains of Kerala, India to conserve water for hydroelectricity.

    The Tea Museum: It was established by Tata Tea in 2005 at Nallathanni estate. The museum chronicles the journey of the growth of tea in Munnar.

    Echo Point: Scenic spot on a reservoir featuring an echo phenomenon, plus nearby picnic sites, boating & hiking.

    Eravikulam National Park: Hidden in this gem of nature is the famous Eravikulam National Park, the home and sanctuary of the Nilgiri Tahr. Later, drive back to your hotel. Overnight in Munnar.

    After breakfast, proceed to Thekkady (Periyar) - the land of the spice plantations enroute visit Spice Plantation tour. On arrival, check into your hotel. Later, visit

    Periyar National Park: Famous among tourists as elephant and tiger reserve. The park covers 357 square miles of land. Two main river, Pamba and Periyar runs through the park which helps the flora and fauna to thrive in this region.

    Morning breakfast proceed for a full day sightseeing which includes Photo point, Eravikulam National park, where the endangering Nilgiri Tahr is conserved, Mattupetty Dam (Optional 15 Minutes Boat Drive in this Dam), Echo point (The natural Echo phenomenon is always happening here), Shooting point (Famous point where normally film shooting takes place), Kundale Lake (A super dam where we can go for shikara boating in the dam),

  • DAY 03: MUNNAR TO ALLEPPEY HOUSE BOAT

    Morning breakfast, check-out from the hotel and Proceed to Alleppey Houseboat also known as Venice of the east. Board the Houseboat which will sail through the backwaters of Alleppey.

    Houseboat will cruise from 12 noon till sun-set (around 5.30 pm) with one hour stop for serving lunch. Morning cruise will be from 8am to 9am. The Boat will anchored as per govt. Rule for the villagers to cast their net in the lake for fishing. Enjoy the Houseboat Cruise, Lunch - evening tea/coffee snacks-Dinner on board Overnight stay in Houseboat. Murikkady is another place perfect for a picnic. You can also trek your way to Pullumedu, for breathtaking views of greenery unfolding. Ensure to take permission from local forest department. Those looking for some spiritual time can you visit Mangala Devi Temple. While in Thekkady, do not miss out on bamboo rafting, which is specialty you’ll rarely find elsewhere.     Jew Synagogue: Mattancherry in Kochi is most known for the oldest synagogue in the Commonwealth, the Paradesi Synagogue. Built in 1568,this synagogue attracts numerous visitors to this day.

    Fort Cochin: A charming seaside area, Fort Kochi is known for its Dutch, Portuguese, and British colonial architecture, and elaborate bamboo fishing nets at Fort Kochi Beach.

    Chinese Fishing nets: Legend has it that the famous Chinese explorer, Zheng He, introduced the Chinese Fishing Nets to the fishermen in Kochi over 500 years ago. Even though he would leave, these would become staple sights in these parts. The Chinese fishing nets,or Cheenvala for the locals, have attracted visitors in the Fort Kochi area for centuries.

    Mattupetty Dam (13 Kms): Located near Munnar in Idukki District, is a storage Concrete Gravity dam built in the mountains of Kerala, India to conserve water for hydroelectricity.

    The Tea Museum (03 Kms): It was established by Tata Tea in 2005 at Nallathanni estate. The museum chronicles the journey of the growth of tea in Munnar.

    Kundale Lake (20 Kms): It is at a height of 1700 meters above sea level. In Kundala, cherry blossoms appear twice in a year. The famous Neela Kurunji flowers which bloom once in twelve years, bloom in the hills and valleys around Kundala lake. There is Asia's first arch dam where the boating experience is a wonderful experience beyond words.

  • DAY 03: KUMARAKOM

    Today you will be transferred by road to Kumarakom, famous for its backwater stretch. On arrival check-in at Hotel & visit the nearest Kumarakom Bird Sanctuary to view the Rare Migratory Bird "Siberian Star crane". Overnight stay at Hotel.

    This morning you will be transferred by road to Kovalam, an idyllic tourist destination, it’s almost a picture postcard cliché: with age old black rocks, towering palms, sands and gentle surf. On arrival check-in at Hotel later rest of the day leisure. Overnight Stay at Hotel Kovalam / Poovar.

  • DAY 05: KOVALAM

    Morning Breakfast and Proceed to Visit Sree Padmanabhaswamy Temple (16 kms) which is 16th century temple dedicated to Lord Vishnu is the most impressive landmark of the city. Visit Trivandrum Zoo, Sree Chitra Art Gallery, Napier Museum (16km) (Closed on Mondays, Wednesday, Govt Holidays, Visiting time: 1.00 PM to 4.45 PM), Science and technology museum (Closed on Mondays) etc. Enjoy sun set in the evening relaxing on the beach.
